Transparency in the Tab bar

How to get rid of the transparency in the Tab bar

1. Right click in a free space on the desktop.
2. Click on Personalization.
3. At the bottom of the screen choose Window Color and Appearance
4. Choose a color for task bar
5. Uncheck 'Enable transparency'

Same procedure can be done for changing the color of window borders and Start Menu
