How to get rid of the transparency in the Tab bar
- Right click in a free space on the desktop.
- Click on Personalization.
- At the bottom of the screen choose Window Color and Appearance
- Choose a color for task bar
- Uncheck 'Enable transparency'
Same procedure can be done for changing the color of window borders and Start Menu
